A Place to Connect, Play, and Feel at Home

A Sip of Eden will be a welcoming, two-level playhouse cafe designed to bring people together in a warm, uplifting environment. Located at 520 E St in the historic JC Penney building, our space will offer something for everyone — from quiet corners for reading and conversation to energetic areas filled with games and laughter. Whether you’re grabbing a drink with a friend, hosting a meeting, or enjoying a family night out, A Sip of Eden will be a place where the Fairbury community can gather, recharge, and belong.

Purpose Behind the Space

A Sip of Eden isn’t just a coffeehouse — it’s a community investment. Once open, its profits will directly support our nonprofit, Hope for the Future, helping us continue building programs and spaces that encourage emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. By supporting this project today, you help create a safe, positive place where all ages can connect and grow.
